Well day one of the Contours exhibition has passed and I have never laughed so much! I love working in the art world as the people you meet and the friends you make are amazing. We set up on Friday and from the minute we were all together it has been fun! Martin is a great character and finds humor in almost everything and Sarah is brilliant modest and utterly professional.
We had over eighty visitors yesterday for our preview welcoming people from far and wide. It was a day of interesting conversations and sharing our work and techniques.
Collaborations are a necessary part of the art scene and by collaborating you cut down costs and share tasks and it makes an exhibition seem effortless. Obviously not all collaborations work! But when they do it results in something you can be proud of and below are some photos of Contours.
We have decided to offer a free glass of wine to all that come until its runs dry so please visit us we are open 10 - 4pm until Wednesday 9th of September.
